If you want someone to test out the binaries before you submit them to Apple, let me know. Assuming there aren't any changes to the DB schema, I could probably just ssh them over to the phone, or replace the .ipa in itunes and reinstall. You can reach me on here, or in game with the same name.

Another little thing.
I can see my sell orders, I know they're valid since I just put them up, but all my current sell orders have "order expired" written on them.

I have no buy orders to verify if this is the case there also.

I recently jailbroke, and so was able to access the database tables. The wallet and transaction data is there. The problem has to be the sqlite query for the player wallet.

Hmm, I've looked at my own install and I don't see any wallet entries on my characters either. I do see them on my alts corporation (the only char with the appropriate roles), just not on my characters. This might be due to me not selling or buying much as of lately, though I'm fairly sure I did buy something in the last three months.

The portrait thing seems to be fixed in the next version, if the keyboard doesn't play up again ;) see: http://www.iclone.org.uk/forum/topic/problems-with-character-portraits

just some follow up. picked up a 4 yesterday, reinstalled, and still no wallet journal. auto refresh was giving the occasional API wallet exhausted error, so i disabled that and waited a couple of hours. Still nothing!

So, I see you know about the problem about portraits. Just chiming in that I have the same problem.

The bigger problem is that my wallet just gives me 'No journal entries found'. The only API errors are regarding corp data, but I have no roles so that's expected. I've uninstalled, reinstalled.. deleted my main and just tested with an NPC corp alt who has very few wallet entries, and I just can't get it to go.

Running an iPhone 3G (for now.. 4 is coming :D)

Hey folks!

One problem I am having is I can't seem to get my character portraits
help you guys could give on this.

Since I've now played with the map a bit and have seen that all the stats are also in the map like the one ingame, it all of a sudden became quite interesting.

Also I've loved the map in itself from the beginning, it's awesome to see it twist and turn and stuff, but now I can also see the use of it. (not that some things really need that though)

Loving the updated version!

The previous one I was using was rather out of date (think I missed an upgrade somewhere along the line) and I was close to simply uninstalling iClone believing it to maybe having become abandonware.

Glad to see I was wrong.

Couple of things I've spotted that I'd like you to consider changing in a future release:
1) Items database display: I'm finding the layout rather confusing and finding an item seems to be pretty hit and miss as you seem to have to know which category something has been filed under. Could you re-jig this to be in the same order as the Trade Window? This would also mirror the likes of EVEMon and EFT which also use the same structure as the EVE Trade Window.
2) Ability to select characters from accounts. I have several 'test' characters on several accounts that I'm not interested in seeing and would like to either remove them from the list or have an option to not include them when the account is first imported.
3) The Map: Can the font used for the names of the regions grow in size as you zoom into the map so that they are more prominent than the constellation names?
4) The Map: can you do route planning as well as jump planning? That'd pretty much make it complete.

I'm having some trouble using the map - specifically rotating it. Can you give us some instructions (video perhaps) of how to manipulate the map? I keep spinning it when I want to zoom in or out and also end up zooming when I'm trying to rotate it - very frustrating. Other than that - fantastic job!

It looks awesome. Haven't been able to see any data in it, due to the API-servers being down, but it looks stunning.

I had a little twitch due to updating iClone, then directly updating to iOS4. After that iClone didn't load, but got stuck on the screen saying 'loading' with the spinning thingie.

I removed iClone from my iPhone (3G) and reinstalled and now it works like a charm. But with the API down, I cannot see any data yet, as that was all deleted when I removed iClone from my iPhone.

Oh, and although I wonder about the actual added value of the 'map' it does look cool and works really neat.

Hey Ben,

First let me say what a great little App iClone is! I'll get to the heart of the matter; it seems my item browser differs from that of my friend.

When I browse through and select Battlecruisers as an example I see a raw semi-complete list of Battlecruisers including one Brutix, aptly named the 'Pimp Brutix'.

He on the other hand has a separate hierarchy where he can select a top-level category before drilling into the race-specific list of Battlecruisers.

Any ideas?

Meant to tweet but didn't have time - there's been a slight (to put it mildly) snag in the api dowload code that's become worse, or at least much more visible, with some of the new features.

Need to get that put to bed before I can release - very, very frustrating, but essential unfortunately.
