This problem occurred after the December 15-16 Incursion patches -- the one where learning skills went away.
Anyone else have inflated attribute numbers for your characters? Skill training timelines used to be accurate for planning purposes, but now all skill queues show much less time than actual.
Current attribute numbers seem to be inflated by approximately 10 points each -- although different accounts seem to show differently. I'm not sure if this is due to a previous remap of attributes, or from attribute enhancing implants being present.
Another interesting thing is that Learning skills still show for all my characters. I have used all my credited skill points for other skills by this point as well -- so they are not present at this time for possible errors of them "sitting" there unused.
Any others have knowledge of this issue? Any plans to fix the problem? Should I redo my API?
